By downloading, installing, or using OmniVault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Omni Genomix LLC DBA OmniVault ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the OmniVault mobile application ("App") or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

OmniVault is a personal finance management application that provides budgeting tools, expense tracking, financial goal setting, AI-powered financial insights, document scanning, and educational content. OmniVault is a financial management tool and does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or banking services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use OmniVault. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Promptly update your information if it changes.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Free and Premium Tiers

OmniVault offers a free tier with core features and premium subscription tiers with additional features. Pricing is displayed in the App and may change with notice.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms of your platform.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5.4 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all premium subscriptions. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Use the App to transmit spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of OmniVault — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of Omni Genomix LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The OmniVault name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Omni Genomix LLC. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, documents, or content you input into OmniVault ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

9. AI Features Disclaimer

OmniVault includes AI-powered features ("Atlas AI") that provide financial insights, suggestions, and educational content. These features are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute:

  • Professional financial advice
  • Investment recommendations
  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice
  • Accounting services

Always consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNI GENOMIX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omni Genomix LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Delaware.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
